Governance and Social Development

Governance and Social Development domain works with communities, local governments, other tiers of governments and other agencies to improve the lives of the population by people’s empowerment through strengthened local governments and improved local governance. Ensuring better service delivery mechanisms, good governance practices, gender sensitive approaches and people’s participation in planning for development are the areas of focus.
